Beautiful 3 bedroom home on Anna Maria Island. Close proximity to the beach and conveniently located on the North End of the island. Close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect pool in backyard!

This was our first time on Anna Maria Island. We were 5 adults. This property is in a quiet location on the island's north end. The house is cute. The backyard is lovely. There was an issue with the pool while we were there but it was fixed within a few days.
The beach cart provided helps with toting stuff to the beautiful beach which is a short walk away. Some beach chairs are provided but some are rusted and stain the beach towels (also provided).
Just a heads up, there are no salt/pepper/spices/sugar/coffee filters in the kitchen.
We had a list of things that were either broken, didn't work or needed replacing. Not sure if this is because renters are not telling the property management about these issues or if these issues are not a priority for the management/owner. The broken front-door blinds that someone mentioned in another review had still not been replaced when we were there.
All of the bed mattresses should be replaced and it's the top reason for the 3 stars. We would not book this property again for this reason.
In addition to the things already provided to the property management, we would suggest cleaning the air vent covers inside the house and adding a fan in the backyard to move the air around.
