The appointment is very well designed and maintained.
We had all that we wanted and needed.
Everything was clean and available.
The bads are very low and very soft.
They were not so comfortable for us, but this is a very personal issue.
The price is high, I am guessing that this in the Swiss standard and Easter.
But the value for money was very reasonable.

EVERYTHING! Super clean and have all what you need, very easy self check in and check out
The only think that was not good were the pillows, very thin and clumsy and not comfortable at all.

Extrem bequeme Betten, Parkplatz vor der Tür, gut ausgestattet und riesig viel Platz
Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren/war sehr warm, auf dem riesigen Balkon leider kein einziger Stuhl oder Tisch, Fernbedienung vom TV fehlte, WLan katastrophal, und ab 7Uhr morgens Straßenlärm/Durchgangsstraße; aber für 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise absolut ok, da die bequemen Betten die Mängel neutralisiert haben

Appartamento moderno, pulito, ma letto scomodo.
Sono rimasto molto deluso dalla gestione del check‑in e della comunicazione. Nonostante l’orario di check-in 16:00–23:00, alle 18:45 non c’era nessuno ad accoglierci e, dopo mezz’ora di attesa e messaggi incentrati solo sul parcheggio a pagamento, il proprietario ha comunicato che non sarebbe venuto di persona, pretendendo prima, a sorpresa, il pagamento immediato della tassa di soggiorno.
Dal riepilogo Booking la tassa risultava già inclusa e pagata; nonostante le prove inviate, il proprietario ha insistito, costringendomi a pagarla due volte.
In sintesi: istruzioni poco chiare, check‑in gestito in modo spiacevole, forte insistenza sul parcheggio a pagamento e richiesta di una tassa di soggiorno che risultava già corrisposta.
Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato rovinato da una gestione poco trasparente e da un approccio al cliente che ritengo inaccettabile.
