Check-in and -out was extremely simple, no complications at all. Apartment is perfect and has everything for a comfortable stay in Olten. Even offered a coffee machine so that’s plus points

Only thing negative is the fact that neighbors Television can be heard quite loud through the bedroom walls, pretty much throughout the entire day and night. But isn’t really something staff can do anything about anyway

Dirty premises, flimsy front door, dirty cutlery and the owner was unable to speak English. I ended up not staying and went to a hotel. I never got any money back.

Correspondence with the host was horrible The place reeked of smells Poor upkeep. Door knobs, cabinets kept falling out.

There is no available place for parking - we had to look for a place on a random street. The bedding and towels were old, had holes in them. There were no space or hooks to put any clothes on, the bathroom was pretty bad. The outline of the toilet was stuffed with toilet paper.

1. coat hanger is of no use, it falls from the wall. Its a showpiece. 2. Kettel and many utensils have scales(water scales i believe) . i dint dare to use the kettle 3. Flooring is not so good in hall. normal walking is causing noise. we tried to walk extra careful and avoided staying in hall as much as possible 4.Bedsheets looked too old :( 5. one of the comforter is not good to use :( 6. cement or plaster is falling off near bath area 7. Dining table is in front of bathroom, felt disgusting to eat 8. Most of all the room is not ready for the initial checkin time and i was not compensated or informed on precise hours of delay 9. No email or instructions on how and when to check out and how to return the key . i emailed and messaged a day before but no response. So i checked out early at 10am and placed they key at the sam eplace i picked up. No acknowledgment or message until now

Good location. Booked 2 apartments 04 was good. 05 was ok.

It was clean, spacious for the price paid, not far from the train station and downtown Olten

May be the kitchen which is old. In the same time i did not use it, so all good

Diese Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe wenn man sich überlegt was es kostet ! Es fing mit einer Mail an wo uns ein falsches Schlüsselfach übermittelt worden ist, also haben wir bei der Ankunft um 15 Uhr uns nichts dabei gedacht das der Schlüssel nicht in der Box war da noch das Reinigungspersonal vor Ort war. Das zweite mal als wir an der Unterkunft waren war der Schlüssel wieder nicht in der Box, da hatten wir schon 18 Uhr. Wir haben den Vermieter kontaktiert und der antwortete sehr schnell und hat sich drum gekümmert das wir ein anderes Fach nutzen sollen und ein anderes Zimmer nehmen sollen. Soweit so gut kann mal passieren alles Cool ! Doch beim Eingang in die Wohnung kam uns ein Zigarettengeruch entgegen als hätte da jemand vor kurzem geraucht. Einfach nur ekelig da alles nach Zigaretten stank. Dann funktionierte eine wichtige Lampe in der Küche nicht, so das wir unser Essen mit dem Handy Licht warm gemacht haben. Doch vorher musste meine Frau das Geschirr vernünftig abspülen weil getrocknetes Essen drauf geklebt hat. Kalt war es auch da draußen minusgrade herrschten doch die Heizung funktionierte nicht da das Ventil einfach nur durchdrehte. Eine Heizung lief die war im Bad. In der oberen Wohnung waren zwei Montagearbeiter die die ganze Nacht sehr laut waren, auch die standen beide im Fenster und rauchten Zigaretten obwohl an den Türen ein großes Rauchverbot stand. Nach dem ich den Vermieter alle klagen geschrieben habe hat er uns angeboten das Geld zu erstatten wenn wir raus gehen aber leider war es schwer Abends noch schnell eine Bleibe zu dritt zu finden da wir nur ein Tag vor Ort waren und am nächsten morgen zurück nach Hause fuhren. Also Augen zu und durch wir haben schon um 6 morgens diese Wohnung verlassen. Ich kann dieses GRANDHOUSE wirklich niemanden empfehlen da man im Hotel für fast das gleiche sogar noch Frühstück bekommt. Auch nicht zu empfehlen weil im Bad keine Steckdose für Föhn oder andere Geräte vorhanden ist um sich vernünftig fertig zu...
