Stay away.

Sunny room and location.

I was terrified with the conditions I found at the apartment. There was no-one to welcome me, or no-one has responded to my request for the check in time or any message whatsoever. When I arrived and rang the bell, there was no-one inside. I panicked and messaged the host who informed me that the door is open and I should enter. When I entered I found that the listing and description of the apartment was misleading and frankly a lie. This was not a hotel with room for rent and shared bathroom, but someone's messy apartment. There were clothes spread all over the leaving room, dirty dishes in the kitchen and mess around. This was NOT what you gathered from a description and pictures. The host arrived in the afternoon and was not too friendly but agreed to my request for boiling water. (Which I did a few times over the three nights stay.) The worse and most scary experience for me was the constant smell of smoke and marijuana to which I am allergic. On one of the mornings Host have blocked the bathroom for over 45 minutes and I had to use outside facilities as I was not able to use the bathroom at all. The host was clearly and every day under drug influence and I felt uncomfortable and scared. On the last night one of the new guests joined the part with the host... On the top of it, there was constant noise coming from behind the wall and the leaving room. Host does not understand what privacy means. It was one of the most stressful and unpleasant experience I had on booking. Unless you like noise and drugs , stay away! ps. I have requested invoice which I have not received.

Ideal for out of zurich stop over

Good location for local station, anyone who does not like steps it’s on the fourth floor..owner came back to let me in after I had told her the wrong arrival times and was quick to show me around , WiFi etc..

Could do with a beside cabinet as nothing to put phone on while charging at night. Mot a complaint more a suggestion

für einen kurzen Aufenthalt OK, zentral gelegen, Altstadt in der Nähe.

Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung. Wohnzimmer, Küche offen. Das Bett war wirklich sehr bequem. Das Zimmer klein aber mit Schrank ausgestattet. In der Wohnung ist es ruhig. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber.Die Vermieterin Rosa ist nett.

Keine Informationen zum Zimmer, Mitbenutzung Küche ja, nein, WLAN Code nirgends notiert, das Gäste WC hatte kein Klopapier, der Deckel war defekt und allgemein war es nicht sehr sauber. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine, alles etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte kein TV und normale Nachttische wären zu wünschen. Es sieht nicht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Vermieterin war beim beim Check-in nicht anwesend.

Alles was ich erleben haben war scheisse. Ich finden booking muss für die Leute klar machen das sie ihre eigene Wohnung vermieten. Somit kennen die Leute nicht voll füllen.

O alojamento estava desarrumado, com roupas espalhadas nos espaços comuns e loiça suja na cozinha. Cheirava a tabaco na sala. Quarto sem chave e sem toalhas de banho, que a pedido foram entregues.

Würde wieder dorthin gehen

Schönes Zimmer mit Charme, bequemes Bett, saubere Bettwäsche und TV, grosses geteiltes Badezimmer. Habe alle 4 Nächte sehr gut geschlafen. Zimmer und Badezimmer gross und sauber. In 1. Nacht funktionierte Heizung nicht in meinem Zimmer und am nächsten Morgen der auch Strom nicht. Beides wurde aber nach Meldung an Rosa sofort behoben!

Wenn Leute im Wohnzimmer sind, dann hört man das sehr gut im Zimmer trotz Ohstöpsel. Aber ab 21 Uhr war ruhig, daher ok. Es roch in der Wohnung nach Rauch aber zum Glück gar nicht im Zimmer und Badezimmer daher ok. Abfalleimer im Zimmer wäre gut.

A não repetir e pior experiência de estadia de sempre

O apartamento era bonito e a localizaçao

Sujo, desarrumado, um caos autentico! Mau acompanhamento do Proprietário. Não nos deu indicações de como fazer no dia de entrada, como não estava para nos receber no momento do check in. Foi outro hospede que nos abriu a porta! Ao chegar não havia toalhas de banho e não estava la a chave do quarto. Ou seja, saímos sem poder dar um banho e deixamos os nossos pertences num quarto que não podemos trancar. A cama não cheirava a limpo. Apenas tinha protetor de colchão e ederdon. Ao confrontar a proprietaria dizendo q a cama nao tinha lençois, ela disse q era assim que era suposto estar. Nao fiquei confortável a dormir diretamente c a colcha. Mais tarde no regresso, ja por volta das 2h, a casa cheirava a tabaco por todo o lado, inclusive nos quartos! As casa de banho e a cozinha não estavam limpas. Deixo ai umas fotos de como estava a casa no momento em que entrei pela primeira vez.

Unzuverlässig, wenige Stunden vor Anreise eine Absage bekommen

Diese Bewertung schreibe ich, nachdem ich nicht in die Unterkunft konnte, da Unterkunft mir am Tag der Anreise abgesagt hat: Sie sei überbucht - Systemfehler. Ich hatte bereits vor 5 Monaten gebucht und am Tag davor war noch ein weiteres Zimmer in der Unterkunft frei. Somit gehe ich davon aus, dass sie wohl spontan einer 4er-Gruppe die 2 Zimmer vergeben konnte (Vermutung) und mir einfach absagte. Einerseits hat es mich masslos geärgert und andererseits war es für mich stressig, ein anderes Zimmer zu finden. Besonders geärgert hat mich, dass sie mir schrieb, ich solle stornieren, während ich dann die Stornogebühren hätte tragen müssen!? Habe ich natürlich nicht. Habe von allem Screenshots gemacht und Booking geschrieben. 2 von 10 Sternen nur, weil ich mein Geld wieder zurückbekommen habe, sonst wäre es nur 1 Stern geworden.

Einmal und nie wieder ...

Das Zimmer ist in der Wohnung der Gastgeberin, mit Gemeinschaftsbad direkt nehmen der Küche .Ich konnte kaum zur Türe eintreten wurde sofort die 2 Fr Tourismus Gebühren verlangt und ich angehalten sofort meine Schuhe auszuziehen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr unfreundlich, auf die Frage ob ich heisses Wasser für ein Tee bekommen könnte weil ich erkältet war wurde abgelehnt. Es war sehr laut bis um 2.00 Uhr morgens wurde heftig diskutiert in der Familie. Es hinterlässt bei mir das Gefühl, dass möglichst "einfach ein Zimmer vermietet werden soll" ohne jegliche Rücksicht oder Freundlichkeit dem Gast entgegenzubringen, einmal und nie wieder....schade für die ideale Lage ...Fazit für mein nächsten geschäftlichen Aufenthalt in Aarau : lieber ein paar Franken mehr ausgeben und in einem Hotel übernachten

Zentral, schönes Zimmer, keine Rechnung!

Zentrale Lage, schönes Zimmer, Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin

Mir war nicht klar, dass das Zimmer nicht nur mit der Vermieterin zu teilen war, sondern dass es noch einen anderen Gast gab. Weiterhin fand ich nicht gut, dass mir von der Vermieterin keine Rechnung ausgestellt wurde, vor allem, weil dies vorher nicht kommuniziert wurde. Als Geschäftsreisende benötige ich allerdings eine Rechnung.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, angenehme, unkomplizierte Vermieterin, grosses Bad zur Mitbenutzung, sauber und tiptop.

Es wäre megapraktisch, wenn es einen Stuhl im Zimmer hätte, um die Tasche/Kleider abzustellen. Sonst alles perfekt.

Encanto en Aarau

La anfitriona fue súper atenta, me recibió con muchísima amabilidad y estuvo disponible para cualquiera pregunta que tuviese. Me sentí como en casa y volvería encantada de la vida porque la hospitalidad fue sin comparación. La ubicación tanto de la estación que del centro de la ciudad es perfecta! Recomiendo al 1000%!!

Sauberes und schönes Zimmer in guter Lage ohne Fahrstuhl. Kein separates Badezimmer.

Sehr schönes, sauberes, helles, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer an ruhiger Lage in der Attika. Der Empfang der Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und willkommend.

Vier Stockwerke ohne Fahrstuhl sind für ältere Menschen, oder mit grossen Koffern, sehr mühsam. Leider muss man das Badezimmer mit den Mitbewohnern (anderen Gästen) teilen, Privatspäre ist so etwas keikel.

Ok, wenn es nur um eine Schlafgelegenheit in der Nähe des Bahnhofs geht. Aber mehr ist das nicht....

Rasche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Host. Sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Die Fotos suggerieren, dass ein Sofa und Tisch dazugehört. Effektiv handelt es sich aber nur um ein Zimmer und ein Bad, der Rest gehört zur Wohnung des Host und kann nicht benutzt werden. Ausserdem gibt es keine Kochgelegenheit obwohl dies so beworben wird....

es gab kein warmes Wasser zum duschen Heizung gab es auch nicht und zum genannten Checkin Termin war niemand da musste dann erstmal telefonische Kontaktaufnahme suchen
