Surprise par le fait que la porte de la chambre et la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel s'ouvrent avec le portable. C'est la modernité mais je préfère avoir une carte ou clef 😊

La comida está muy buena y el servicio está bien, se nota que no todos son profesionales formados, pero se esfuerzan y son súper amables. La habitación es, según la que te toque, mejor o no tanto (algunas ventanas dan a una calle algo transitada). El equipamiento es básico, pero las camas son muy confortables. Igualmente me encanta la ubicación, al lado de la estación de tren y una parada de autobús, lo cual está perfecto para mis visitas a mi cliente. Teniendo todo en cuenta me parece buena relación calidad-precio.

tenían un problema informático porque están en procesos de transición. Yo no tengo ningún problema en aceptar esto, pero tengo un problema con que no se comunique proctivamente. Pues tuve problemas con el check-in y después con un pago. ¿Qué cuesta avisar que están en un proceso de transición y así poder prepararme en caso de encontrarme con dificultades?

Staff was friendly. I liked the coffee/tea minibar in the hallway and also the fact that the receptionist offered a lunch package as I told her I would have to check out early. Clean room, fast wifi.

The breakfast was fresh and good for what it was - i just would have appreciated more freshly cut vegetables (cucumber, tomato etc), otherwise there were just uncut fruits which made the breakfast rather unbalanced. The heater in the room didnt heat as well as I wanted it too though, so i needed extra socks and layers of clothing in the night to keep me warm. In the night there was a fire alarm because someone vaped in the room, it was certainly not the hotel's fault but of course I couldn't sleep very well because of this. Nonetheless overall the stay was pleasant. And your smoke detectors work so thats reassuring.
