Altamar Brisa

Very nice and clean, perfect location between the 2 towns. 15 minute walk to l'Arenal and 25 minute to Xabia. We liked that it had a front and back terrace so we could chose at any time of day whether to eat and drink in the sun or the shade. Air con was good, fans in the bedrooms were good. Pool area was very clean and tidy. Relatively close to a super market. There was a cold 2 litre bottle of water in the fridge for arrival. Coukd have done with more than 1 change of bin bag when they ask you to take out the rubbish each day. Cooking appliances were good.

Pool area could do with a deck chair or two, A beach towel for pool use rather than clean bathroom towels. We were told the agents office to pick up the keys was "a few steps away" from the apartment however it was a 12 minute walk and with a suitcase and bags that was not pleasant to walk.
