Die Lage ist super. Gratis Parkplatz, schönes Gebäude und Wohnung. Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den Code zur Tür rechtzeitig bekommen, alles funktionierte auch ohne persönliches Treffen. Fön, Handtücher, Geschirr in der Küche.
Das Bett war für mich leider zu Hart, der Polster zu hoch, das Zimmer zu heiss. Hundegebell am Abend. Aber dafür kann man halt nichts. Die Lampe auf der Terrasse ging ganze Nacht an und aus. Es nervte leider.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Bis zur Therme circa 10 Minuten zu laufen. Es war alles da, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über die Hausschuhe und die Kaffeekapseln. Das Top 6 liegt im Paterre ( von der Eingangstüre eine Stiege hoch ) und hat auch einen Balkon. Die Matratze war gut, das Bett fand ich insgesamt etwas zu niedrig. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler und ein Backrohr und eine Kaffeemaschine.
Die Handtücher und Badetücher rochen vor dem Benützen stark nach Schweiß. Ein Handtuch war überhaupt komplett verschmutzt, das aber nach Reklamation von der Vermieterin getauscht wurde. In der Küche gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Leider befindet sich in der Wohnung keine Mikrowelle. Die Sauberkeit hätte auch noch Luft nach oben. Nebenan war eine Baustelle, von der der Lärm hörbar war..

Die Lage (Nähe) zur Therme Schallerbach war toll!
Leider waren die Toilette und das Bett nicht zu 100% gereinigt.

Ein bezauberndes Apartment mit allem was man zur Selbstversorgung so braucht. Reichlich Parkplätze vor dem Haus, sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Der Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Tisch in der Abendsonne war auch fein. Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht.
