Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko sklep jak i dworzec. Dobre miejsce. Ładnie wykończone i wygodne spanie.
Hałas z pieca centralnego ogrzewania i to, że było trochę za zimno rano pomimo, że było to początek maja. Mieszkanie w piwnicy.

Das Apartment war groß und sehr sauber. Die Lage war gut und insgesamt hat alles gut funktioniert. Da wir gerne spazieren gehen, hat es uns besonders gefallen, dass die Wohnung nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptplatz entfernt war. Der Spaziergang dorthin war sehr schön und der Welser Hauptplatz sowie die kleinen Gassen in Wels haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Für den Preis waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
Da sich die Wohnung im Untergeschoss befindet, war es etwas kalt. Im Schlafzimmer gab es keine Rollläden und das Bett war leider nicht besonders bequem. Ein Boxspringbett wäre deutlich komfortabler gewesen. Außerdem wären Rollläden im Schlafzimmer angenehm.

Az alagsorban van kialakítva, ami nem volt feltűntetve, amivel nem lett volna gond, viszont az egész apartmanban erős “pince szag” volt ami zavaró volt.
