Ferienappartement Auerhahn

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwsrtungen übertroffen, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Man bekam sogar Ham&Eggs, Spiegelei oder Rührei auf Wunsch. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit dabei und mussten nicht einen Cent mehr bezahlen. Auch er wurde herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist einfach super. Man hat direkt gegenüber einen Hofer, Spar, eine Apotheke und ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone wo man einige Bars, Cafes und andere Geschäfte findet. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist ein weiterer Vorteil. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Leider gab es während des Frühstückes eine laute Auseinandersetzung zwischen dem Personal. Das war sehr unangenehm und man hatte richtig Mitleid mit der jungen Dame die den Tisch falsch gedeckt hatte. Keine Klima.

This property is a part of the Hotel Auerhahn which is in the centre of Vocklabrück. They have a restaurant in the hotel where they serve nice food for breakfast and dinner. The price is moderate. The host - Andy, was very nice and professional. We had booked the apartment within the hotel. However, when we arrived there it had bunk beds which was not suitable for us as we were 4 adults. The host was very kind and offered us the neighboring room at no cost. This was super helpful. We had planned a trip to Hallstatt, Traunsee etc and chose this place as everything else close to the touristy areas was booked out. The hotel also provided parking free of charge.

The only negative thing was that this part of the hotel was a bit noisy in the morning, as the apartment is located at the back of the hotel where there are trash pick-up trucks early in the morning. One of the master switches in the room (near the bed) was broken. Also, the curtain was not hung properly enough to cover the entire window. A part of it was coming off the rails. But the fact that we had two rooms, a nice restaurant, free parking, and good food made up for the shortcomings.

Keine Heizung bei Nachttemperaturen um 3 Grad. Trotz 2 maligen Bitten wurde die Hz nicht angestellte, also kühle Zimmer und das bei Regenwetter.
