It is a very nice apartment. It has everything you need. The owner is super nice and helpful. For the termen you get a special price 50% off during week and on the weekend 25% off. The apartment is only 5-7 minutes away from Termen. It the perfect location.

Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und bekamen eine ausführliche Erklärung bzgl. Zugangscode. Die Wohnung ist kinderfreundlich, praktikabel, hell, sehr sauber und geräumig - die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt unweit eines Parks in dem ein toller Spielplatz integriert ist. Unterschiedliche Geschäfte, Bistros und einiges mehr sind auch für Kinder fußläufig gut erreichbar. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Das Eurothermenresort ist 5 Min., Zoo Schmiding ca. 10 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. In der Wohnung liegen einige Prospekte für Veranstaltungen und Ausflugsziele auf. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft Salotto di LaZia weiterempfehlen. Eine Empfehlung kann ich auch für den "Ital. Laden" unterhalb der Wohnung aussprechen - sehr gute Produkte - sehr gute Beratung.

tolle Lage; große Wohnung; freundliche Vermieter; sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis; komplett ausgestattete Wohnung (Föhn, Waschmaschine, Handtuchtrockner, Toaster, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, ...); Willkommensgeschenke in Form von einer Flasche Prosecco, einer Packung italienischer Brotstangerl und einer Zitronenlimonade!
Es gab eigentlich keine Beanstandungen - für uns hat alles gepasst.
