Everything was perfect. It was within a reasonable walking distance from the city center and supermarkets. It's close to restaurants. It's also close to a big park, which is nice for evening walks. Facilities were overall good. Sometimes the laundry came out of the washing machine soaking wet, though that could also have been our fault (difficulties with figuring out the washing machine; tip: don't turn on the washing machine when cooking).
The noise from cars driving back and forth to the post office can be annoying for those who are unable to sleep soundly (the driveway makes a lot of noise). But overall, traffic in the street itself was very quiet. Having only one key for the front door did make things a bit difficult, but we managed.
