Great location for exploring Epernay. Spacious apartment. Great to have aircon in the insane heatwave we experienced. Small table and chairs outside a nice touch. Hosts helpful when we had issues.
Incredibly uncomfortable bed, ok for 1/2 nights max. Really needs a mattress topper or a new mattress we both slept terribly as a result. Shower has two shower heads but is faulty and it’s only able to have both heads on at once. Aircon was incredibly appreciated but the unit in the bedroom we couldn’t have on at night as it was making a noise as if it had a real issue working. Fridge wasn’t very cold. Dirty bedding on balcony when we arrived.

Excellent location, close to railway station and city centre. Supermarket, boulangerie and cafes within a few minutes walk. Apartment was spacious, with large bedroom and good sized bathroom. The kitchen was well set up for short to medium stays.
No hand soap or shower soap, although with a supermarket only 100m that was quickly remedied. The lack of a hand rail in the last few steps before the door made the decent feel a little unsafe. Appreciated the Nespresso machine however only 3 pods for 2 people for 2 days seems like an oversight.

Gute Lage, sauber
Töpfe und Pfannen zerkratzt und kaum benutzbar; keine Möglichkeit, Jacken aufzuhängen; kein Schrank; Wohnung bei Ankunft sehr kalt - keine Anleitung für die Fernbedienung der Heizung; Ameisen in Bad und Schlafzimmer und auf unsere diesbezügliche Nachricht an den Vermieter gab es leider keine Reaktion
