Zeer centraal gelegen appartement in Epernay met een betaalbare stadsparking er recht tegenover. Voldoende ruimte zijnde 2 slaapkamers, badkamer (eerder aan de kleine kant), een afzonderlijk toilet, een mooie leefruimte en een ruime keuken. Het appartement was leuk ingericht en netjes.
Het binnenkomen in de inkom- en traphal gaf geen goede eerste indruk. Het appartement bevindt zich onder het dak. Het was er zéér warm en geen mogelijkheid om te koelen (vnl velux ramen of heel kleine ramen, geen airco, wel ventilatoren maar dat helpt niet veel).

Sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung in perfekter Lage. Sehr sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (kostenpflichtig). Boulangerie, Restaurants, Shopping-Möglichkeiten und die Avenue de Champagne sind fußläufig bzw. in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung heizt sich bei sommerlichen Temperaturen stark auf, die vorhandenen Ventilatoren helfen da nur sehr bedingt. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat wenig Stauraum und ist zur Straße ausgerichtet, Trotzdem alles in allem eine klare Weiterempehlung!
