The property is in a great location and has a lot of space

The booking wasn’t seamless, after I paid any question I asked was left unanswered. Check in is a nightmare and I had a call several times and wait 10 mins to be told the lock box is about 2 doors down. It doesn’t mention this on the 100s of check in emails you get. When we got in there were dead bugs on the floor. I took a shower and the bathroom flooded as the plug had not been unblocked when I called to say the plug was full of hair I was told I can clean it which I refused. They did send cleaners afterwards. Coffee machine didn’t work. The apartment itself was tired and needs an overhaul. Pillows were non existent and might as well been a pancake. The shower also continued to leak as the base isn’t tilteded and the doors don’t close. They ask you to take your rubbish out when you leave but no direction as to where to leave it. We didn’t use the apartment much so ok as a base but needs some TLC
