眺望、サウナ、お風呂など全て申し分ありませんでした。
強いて言えば、湯船にお湯を張っただけなのに、お湯が出なくなるなどのトラブルが続きました。ガスの復旧作業が必要になり、駐車場のガスボンベまで行って復旧することが複数ありました。眺望もよく、お風呂も売りなはずなのに、少しガスの使用量が多かった？だけでこんなにも手間がかかってしまうのは勿体無い。 ロールカーテンはほつれていて絡まっており、円滑に回転させることができなかった。
