AtamiOnsen Nagahamaen

ご飯がとにかく美味しくておもてなしがよかった。 台風６号が直撃した日だったが、帰り困っていたらこちらからお願いしていなかったのにも関わらず、気を利かせて助けてくださった。 母と一緒に行ったが、施設全般のことはもちろんホスピタリティに感動してくれていた。 本当に感謝しています。また利用したいです。

熱海駅から離れているところ(タクシーで3500円くらい) エレベーターがないため高齢の方や身体が不自由な方は上の階には宿泊するのは難しいと感じる。 実際上の階に宿泊したが、母の膝が良くない関係で下のお風呂は諦めた

We loved the onsens . There was always something available when you wanted to use one. The staff was great, rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice location across from the beach.Bus was easy to access into Atami.

Not a lot of eating choices ( especially if you’re vegetarian)We found a great place just a few doors down Atami Purin Shokudo that had good food.

温泉

The staff was very nice and attentive. I'd give the staff a 10/10, they were amazing. The hotel had several onsens, and it was very easy to reserve and use each onsen. The hotel is right in front of a beach.

The hotel needs maintenance. The carpets are stained. The bathroom had another person's hair, and the shower head was dirty. The hallways have a very strong fish smell. The smell was there during our entire stay. The smell was even stronger the morning we checked out; it was pretty unpleasant. I understand that the hotel serves breakfast, and fish is a traditional dish. However, the hotel does not seem to have ventilation, and therefore, the smell stays inside.
