料理が美味しく、従業員の方のサービスも大変良かったです。

一番最上階に泊まりましたが階段が大変でした。夕食は部屋で取れた為、不満は有りません。

The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful! It’s right across the street from the beach! The kaiseki breakfast was so thoughtful and delicious!

The futon and pillows were not very comfortable. I loved the kaiseki breakfast, but if you are bringing children they might not appreciate it.

The absolutely lovely room we were booked into was up 99 steps, some without hand-rails, some outside. Quaint for most, but our elderly cane using grandparents found it exhausting.

The staff was very nice and attentive. I'd give the staff a 10/10, they were amazing. The hotel had several onsens, and it was very easy to reserve and use each onsen. The hotel is right in front of a beach.

The hotel needs maintenance. The carpets are stained. The bathroom had another person's hair, and the shower head was dirty. The hallways have a very strong fish smell. The smell was there during our entire stay. The smell was even stronger the morning we checked out; it was pretty unpleasant. I understand that the hotel serves breakfast, and fish is a traditional dish. However, the hotel does not seem to have ventilation, and therefore, the smell stays inside.
