Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Pretty views from the deck area.
The driveway is very long and it's a little difficult maneuvering a larger car from the allocated parking space back to the street. The TV room would be nicer with a small sofa as opposed to two chairs.

Great location, with a good view of the Southern Alps from the living room and front terrace, 10 minutes walk into the village along the top of the river bank, and all the expected facilities were provided. Parking is right next to the apartment and there is a lovely peaceful garden to look out onto.
It's part of the owner's holiday home - and the layout is unusual with the kitchen in the bedroom. But that didn't affect my stay so it's a comment, not a criticism.
