Location close to UCSD. Beautiful apartment complex with landscaping and fountains. Owner provided detailed instructions for entry to their place and was quick to respond when we had questions.
Memory foam bed was uncomfortable. Off street parking wasn't available - we had to park in the strip mall lot, which had "no overnight parking" signs.
The price didnt fit, however we didnt use the bbq, gym, pool, or jacuzzi, which is in the title of the place
There were some cleanliness concerns: the mattress cover had pee stains, the brita pitcher had an old filter, the couch had some white spots.
