Very comfortable apartment - the direct beach access and amenities make a great value. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, towels, sand bucket. Well-stocked kitchen. Large, comfortable bedroom with great bed. It was very easy to access all of our luggage and not feel cramped.

The sofa bed needs updating. It was sinking in on itself and one of the metal bars that fold the couch was slightly bent, making it unsafe.

The location was perfect. Loved the views. The AC worked great. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was large. We had plenty of towels/linens, liked having beach and bathroom towels. Really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. The patio furniture and views were excellent. The couches in the living room area were comfortable and spacious. We had friends over for dinner and there was plenty of room to sit at the table and counter. Dishes were nice and plentiful. Washer and dryer worked well. Loved the outlets and charging stations spread throughout the apartment and on each side of the bed. Liked having the parking space in the garage. Beach access was nice and felt secure. Liked the outdoor showers and foot rinsing stations. Never used the pool, but it looked nice. The store across the street had literally everything except fresh vegetables and the full size grocery store was within walking distance. Isla Verde was an excellent location, about 20 minutes from old San Juan and very near the highways to wherever else you want to go in Puerto Rico.

We really liked it all. We couldn't get in early, but that was clear in the listing.

The property is perfectly situated in between all the cool things to do. Being right on the beach was amazing.
