CINECITTA' house

Nice appartment and well equipped! Rare find for the price that can accomodate 5 people. Comfortable beds, simple check-in. Paid laundromat was at the same building, the laundry guy took all laundry for 7 euros and we took it back in the morning tidy and dry. The AC was good during the heatwave. TVs with netflix and youtube in the rooms. There is a very good and not expensive self-service restaurant with a generous variety of meals and sweets - rare find in Rome.

In the later evening the district had that “wrong side of the town” vibe, I was a bit afraid to leave my car alone at the street :) The noise from the street was sometimes too loud, windows could use an insulation upgrade, but for my missfortune it was a football night with all the cracking fireworks all night... Also for me (not being a frequent metro user), the commute to central area was frustrating and always took too long, sometimes getting to the opposite direction or getting off at the wrong station and things like that, but it’s probably my problem and if you’re a metro oriented guy - should be just fine, the closest metro station is just 5 minutes walking distance. Beware to have cash at check-out time to leave for the city tax. Beware that check-out is early and cleaners will come exactly that minute without any wiggle room :) might need to wait for a parking spot.

Central location to amenities. There is 2 supermarkets, vegetable shop, restaurants all within 10 meters from the building. Host was attentive - answering messages straight away. The pizza shop in the corner is excellent with big portions. The supermarket has absolutely everything including fresh food counter and deli. Distance is very far away from rome city center, we took uber rides into the city and back, but quiet and safe neighborhood. There was ample shower supplies , towels etc to make it a comfortable stay

The door lock is temperemantal.. sometimes took 2/3 attempts to unlock . It is one of those electronic keypad sorts, you put the code in and supposed to turn, but it turns blank and resets.. There is peeling from bathroom ceiling from upstairs leaking probably?

Le camere sono grandi e ben tenute con asciugamani e armadi

Il bagno e’ un po’ vecchio, c’è una grossa infiltrazione sul soffitto con muffa, i sanitari anche sono da sostituire. La cucina discreta ma per la colazione a parte il caffè non c’era nulla (con due bambini piccoli sarebbe stato comodo avere una piccola colazione)

Nos gustó mucho, cómodo y limpio, la ubicación está super porque está muy cerca del metro.

No me gustó que me pidieran un impuesto municipal en efectivo de 30€, porque tenía entendido por la factura de booking incluía impuestos y tasas.
