きれいで、設備も揃っててよかった。正直清潔さに関しては何も言うところはないと思う。
認可されてる民泊なのはわかるが、あまりにもチェックイン時の手順が怪しすぎる。 本人確認書類をスマホで直撮りするんだったらなにか記入させるとかにしてほしい。悪用されそうなイメージが湧く。 それに加えて、最初の鍵も受付とか無しに鍵の空いてる部屋に入って、管理人さんの訪問を待つみたいな方式も、セキュリティとしてどうなのだろうかと思ってしまった。

The place is perfect and more than you need, it is big and spacious for 2 to 4 people. It's clean and very close to the stations for transport. This apartment has everything you need and it feels like a home away from home.

Everything was great. Clean apt with all the comfort of short term rentals, washer, microwave, stove, comfortable beds for our family of 5. 10min by taxi from Haneda and the host waited for us smiling, when we arrived at 1am, responsive to messages and always ready to help, thank you. 10min slow walk to station. 7-11 and eateries nearby. Recommended!
There was no tv, which was ok for us. Maybe not for others.
