דירה שמתאימה למי שרוצה לשהות ליד אחד מבתי החבד של טוקיו שנמצא במרחק של חמש דקות הליכה מהדירה. הדירה עצמה מותאמת למי ששומר שבת, מפתח רגיל, אפשרות לנתק את השירותים מהחשמל. הדירה במרחק של 6-7 דק' הליכה מתחנת הרכבת השכונתית. הדירה מצויידת כמו שצריך במטבחון מלאי מגבות וכו'...
חדר האמבטיה קטן ובחורף די קר בו. הדירה עצמה לא מבודדת מקור, כנראה זו הבניה היפנית המסורתית, אבל יש מזגנים לחימום הדירה. היינו בנובמבר.
