Location is good - close to Haneda airport but a bit far for other main touristic areas in Tokyo. Well served with convenience stores, Seiyu supermarket which is 24h - the same building has a Bookoff and Seria) and a Ito Yokado mall for shopping and food court - all walking distance. Train stations (Omori JR and Omorikaigan) were also close. There were also a small park right in front of the hotel - equipment was old but enough for kids to play a bit.
1. Washroom faucet was extremely dirty. 2. All rooms have uneven floor surface bumps/steps/etc, which was unexpected and definitely a tripping hazard. 3. There was a construction work on the facade that had to be performed and we were not notified in advance. As we were outside most of the day it didn't impact us much but if we decided to stay at the hotel during the day the construction noise would have been quite disturbing. 4. Tatami bedroom had a weird smell.
