The location was great and the place was very comfortable. Very greatful for the elevator! The 7 Eleven downstairs was very convienent too!

This property was in a nice area!
Shower drain was a bit crazy however was manageable.

Close to the station and to Haneda Airport. Supermarket and convenience stores nearby. The instructions to access the property were easy to understand.
Wifi was not working and we were not offered even a substitute. Unit was a bit dirty and looked like it was cleaned in a rush. We were only given one towel per person despite staying for 3-4 days. When asked management, we were told that it is to be eco friendly, but would everyone get just one towel even if they stayed one day or for weeks? 😞 Management was also pushy and reminded us every single day to leave the unit on time. I normally wouldn’t mind it but given with the bad service it was pretty annoying.😅
