I found everything I needed within and outside the accommodation

I really loved my room, it was clean and modern and quite spacious. And I enjoyed looking out from the balcony. I enjoyed my stay here and because of the value I decided to extend my stay.

I loved the area there is a lot of food and super market options I just don’t enjoy sometimes having to change trains at big stations to get on to lines I needed. - kitchen- the plastic plates and cups aren’t nice, I used my own that I got from Muji that I planned to take home. And apart from the shower rail there isn’t somewhere to dry washing. Luggage - I was changing rooms as I extended my stay but they wouldn’t let me hold my luggage in the new room, even tho I had a health condition and was staying somewhere else for a few nights even tho I had paid for that room, that was a quite disappointing as it meant dragging my bags around and back

Spacious and clean. Comfortable. Quiet.

Too far from the major areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku.

Close to the station and to Haneda Airport. Supermarket and convenience stores nearby. The instructions to access the property were easy to understand.

Wifi was not working and we were not offered even a substitute. Unit was a bit dirty and looked like it was cleaned in a rush. We were only given one towel per person despite staying for 3-4 days. When asked management, we were told that it is to be eco friendly, but would everyone get just one towel even if they stayed one day or for weeks? 😞 Management was also pushy and reminded us every single day to leave the unit on time. I normally wouldn’t mind it but given with the bad service it was pretty annoying.😅
