全体的に綺麗だったのと、宿泊分のタオルやアメニティが用意されててよかった 定期的に、スタッフさんからのメールや返信の速さがとてもよかった
ソファーベットの下にいろいろ落ちてたのと車輪が壊れていたところが少し気になった リモコン類が操作しにくかった

The property is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities listed.
The place is a bit far from center Tokyo (I knew about that before the stay so not a big issue) Although there was a bit on an incident during the last night where the automatic door was stuck and couldn’t open, I had to wait for someone to come and unstuck it open. (The response time was quick tho, still 30 min of waiting)

Geldiğimizde temizdi. Sadeydi. Çatal , havlu , banyo ürünleri vs hepsi vardı. Kısa konaklamalar için yeterli
Normalde 3 kişilik , çift kişilik yatak + çekyat+ futon olanı almıştık ama sadece çekyat ve yatak vardı tam anlam veremedik. Evde terlik yoktu. Çöp konusu biraz garipti . Neyi nereye atacağımız karışıklık oluşturuyor ve aşırı küçük çöp kutusu vardı. Bir de havaalanından en kolay nasıl ulaşılır diye sormuştum ama bana düzgün cevap verilemedi her zaman başka ötelerde sorar bana seçenekler sunarlardi ama burada söyleyemeyiz dendi garip..

エアコンや鍵のトラブル時に即時の対応はしてもらえず、仕事での宿泊だったためかなり困った。
