スタッフの皆さんの対応がとても素晴らしかったです！ 特に韓国人の男性スタッフの方の細やかな心遣いと温かいサービスがとても印象に残っています。 マレーシアからシンガポールへ移動する際、自分ではうまく手配ができず困っていたのですが、親身になって対応してくださり、予約まで手伝っていただきました。本当に助かりました！ 滞在中、安心して過ごすことができたのもスタッフの皆さんのおかげです。心のこもったサービスに感謝しています。ありがとうございました！ The staff were absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service throughout our stay! I was especially impressed by the kindness and thoughtfulness of one of the Korean male staff members. When I was having difficulty arranging transportation from Malaysia to Singapore, he went out of his way to help me and even made the reservation for me. His warm hospitality and attention to detail made such a difference and truly helped us feel at ease. I’m very grateful to him and the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!

房间是足够大，卫生也是每天都打扫

床太小了，只有0.8m，房间空调外机的声音也很大

Large size room

Old, not very clean, staff unhelpful. To get Pool towels you have to ask at the front desk where they pass you a key to a locker, you have to ask where the lockers are, go up one level find the lockers in the bathrooms, take the locker key back to reception then go back to the pool. Then you don’t have to sign the towel back in. Just leave it in the used towel box. Can not think of a worse system. Oh and they don’t provide any of this information at check in.
