Good communication and flexible check-in hours. Parking directly outside the apartment. Well-working wifi.
Unfortunately, you cannot choose the other persons staying in the same property. I had a little ackward company, so lock in the room door was good. The ventilation in the bedroom was ineffective, luckily it was possible to open the window.
