Nice cozy apartment for 2 to 3 people

Location...very near Aarus.. nice bathroom and 2 bedroom. Sufficient parking space.

Everything was fine. Storage was insufficient. Out of 4 storage cabinet 3 were private. We were 4 people. So storing clothes in just 1 cabinet was little insufficient.. Rest was fine.

Description different than what we found

Option to sleep in two rooms (Sofa bed)

Very old, run-down apartment with basic, used equipment. 20 minutes from Aarhus by car (in the countryside over a bumpy road) near the highway and rails (noisy). Smelly sinks in the bathroom. Steep staircase to the apartment. No terrace since no chairs/table. Overall, not recommendable.

Der 1. Weg von der öffentlichen Straße an die Unterkunft führte über einen mehr als 1,5 km langen Schotterweg in eine Sackgasse. Der 2. Weg (nach mehreren Versuchen eine weitere Zufahrt zu finden) führt ebenfalls über einen mehr als 1,5 km langen Schotterweg, wobei der Weg mit einem Verkehrsschild versehen ist, dass der Weg nicht befahren werden darf. Am Grundstück mit der Wohnung gibt es keine Information, dass sich die Wohnung in dem Haus befindet. Wir sind auf Verdacht auf das Grundstück gefahren. Am Haus selbst gibt es keine Information wo der Zugang zur Wohnung ist. Wir haben bei der Familie, die unter der Wohnung wohnt, geklopft. In die Wohnung gelangt man über eine Treppe aus einem Vorraum, den die Familie unten als Schuh- und Abstellraum nutzt (schmutzig und unaufgeräumt). Die Wohnung im Obergeschoß kann nicht abgeschlossen werden. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr heruntergekommenen Zustand. Türen mit Beschädigungen, Schmutzmarken an Wänden und Türen, Spinnweben an Wänden. Fensterverriegelungen teilweise abgebrochen. Das Bad ist eine Zumutung: verkeimt, schimmelige Fliesen- und Silikonfugen, um das Fenster schimmelige Holzverkleidungen (Schwarzschimmel) und weitere inakzeptable Mängel. Beim Schreiben dieser Bewertung fühle ich mich gerade so unangenehm, dass ich das jetzt nicht weiter ausführen werde. Die Küche verfügt nur über ein Plastik-Regal und einen Spülenschrank. Die Armatur lässt sich nicht vernünftig schließen und wackelt in der Spüle. Kochen kann man auf 2 Elektro-Herdplatten, Fenster wie siehe zu Bad. Der Schlafraum und das Wohnzimmer rochen stark muffig. Wir konnten nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen und hatten trotzdem einen Schimmelgeschmak beim Atmen. Den ganzen Abend hatten wir den sehr intensiven Essensgeruch der Familie von unterhalb der Wohnung in der Nase. Unserer Einschätzung nach dürfte in dem Zustand die Wohnung nicht vermietet werden, da dort nach unserem Gefühl akute Gesundheitsgefährdung besteht.

Una soluzione di ripiego...

Ralf e Joanna, i proprietari, abitano al piano terra di questa piccola casa di cui affittano il piano superiore. Sono disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza e Ralf ci è venuto incontro aiutandoci al nostro arrivo. Non abbiamo avuto particolare fastidio malgrado la vicinanza all'autostrada. Il luogo è circondato da una macchia di verde che fa sentire in campagna. Percorso da imparare, ma si è in città in breve tempo.

Purtroppo la casa è decisamente al di sotto degli standard sperimentati ovunque, avrebbe bisogno di ristrutturazione e pulizia profonda. Credo che i proprietari siano assolutamente in buona fede, ma consiglierei loro di migliorare il tutto.
