Very unpleasant :(

The TV!

The apartment was dirty when we arrived! And the place is near an electrical power substation, which looked like an abandoned construction site. The apartment had a very strong smell and the floors were dirty. The kitchen is hardly equipped with anything! Water kettle is broken! The shower is moldy as well! It is nothing like what is shown in the pictures of the property.

Sleep in a wardrobe

Price was rather low Quiet area The owner responded even late evening to help with access, which is a big plus in Denmark (we had a horrible experience in Copenhagen)

Bedroom is basically a wardrobe with an uncomfortable bed but without a window Kitchen is not exactly fully equipped. Hot water arrives in the shower after some waiting Only advisable for a very short stay on a small budget

Hard to find, need a car to get to the location. Bedroom very small, bedding needs replacing

The size of the apartment was good, lounge, kitchen, bathroom & bedroom.

Bedding was poor, bottom sheet too small for the bed, very soft pillows. Bathroom very cramped, dripping shower.

Der lugter gammelt, røget, beskidt og af mad fra nabo, det tog 10min før der kom varmt vand og det var ikke særlig varmt, der var grimt, ingen batterier i fjernbetjener, der var rodet og beskidt rundt om bygningen. Det var virkelig et klamt sted.

Perfecto para pasar unos días sin demasiados problemas.Todo estaba muy límpio y no dejó nada que desear.

Es cierto lo que dicen del olor, pero llevo unos días en Aarhus ya y creo que pasa en todos los bajos/subterráneos.

Gute Preisleistung aber das Bad ist eine Katastrophe

Sehr zentral gelegen und man kann direkt an der Unterkunft parken. Das Bett war bequem, sehr gutes WLAN. Kleine Küchenzeile mit der nötigsten Ausstattung und Kühlschrank. Check in super unkompliziert

Das Bad war leider eine Katastrophe. Schimmel in der Dusche, das Waschbecken ziemlich verschmutzt und verkalkt. Die Toilettenbürste konnte man nicht benutzen, da sie im Behälter klebte. Zu dem roch es wirklich unangenehm. In der Unterkunft selbst roch es an sich nicht schlecht aber zumindest so, als wenn vorherige Gäste darin geraucht haben

La camera da letto: claustrofobica e con un letto indecente, una vera e propria mancanca di rispetto per gli utenti paganti. Il materesso spacca la schiena e sprofonda verso il centro. Il tutto in una camera loculo senza finestre.

Rapidas respuestas a las consultas. Estacionamiento gratuito al lado del apartamento. Transporte publico a 350 mts.

Los servicios e instalaciones que estaban en la lista no coincidian completamente. No habia ventilador, shampoo (fue entregado al 2do dia, luego de reclamarlo) y el lavarropas no estaba en el apartamento. La cama se hunde hacia el medio. La limpieza no era muy buena. La cafetera todavía tenía un filtro usado con café.

Geen vakantieverblijf. Oplichting op een industrieterrein

Bij aankomst bleek de pincode niet te kloppen. Juiste pincode ontvangen na veel zoeken en bellen. Niemand op het terrein kon helpen.

Dit is geen 'vakantieverblijf' maar een industrieel terrein waar je toevallig kan slapen. Zicht op een parking, waar gelost en geladen wordt, gesleuteld wordt aan bestelwagens. Het bed zeer versleten met een uitholling in 't midden. Onder het proper beddengoed een vuile matras. De kast vol geladen met zakken. De 'slaapkamer' geeft uit op een slordig magazijn. 1 kookpot in de 'keuken'. En weinig keukengerei. De 'houten vloer' is een linoleum vol brandgaten. Geen wasmachine of koffiegelegenheid zoals omschreven in de advertentie. En die buitenmeubelen? 2 versleten stoelen en een kapot tafeltje op een stenen koer. De zonwering is defect. Dus 't Is er heel donker. Die 30m2 klopt niet. 'k Heb dit na 1 nacht gemeld aan booking.com. En heb een ander verblijf gezocht voor de resterende 5 dagen. Hier wou 'k geen minuut langer blijven. HPI Apartments reageerde niet meer. En 'k kreeg een schamele 61€ aan 'credits' in mn account van booking.com voor 't 'geleden verlies'. Boek dit niet... het lijkt op fraude en oplichting!

Simpelt og greit til ok pris

Lokalisasjon og pris var bra.

Det var ingen WiFi i løpet av våre 2 dager. Litt sparsomt med servise og bestikk (2 av hver). Bærer litt preg av at det er byggearbeider i gang i samme bygning.
