Absolutely amazing view, towards Baciu area but also towards city centre. On both sides very generous terrace.
Just a suggestion: it would have been handy to also have a shower in the small bathroom. Having just the bathtub in the middle of the dormitory is a bit unhandy with quick showers. Also, I suggest you inform the future guests it s better to just use the hand shower-end. The tap that should fill up the tub is placed too far away and the water runs on the floor, not in the tub 🙈

Pur si simplu fantastic! Am stat si in alte locatii Evo Residence, dar asta intrece tot! Nu doar confort, dar dotari, design, spatiu, elemente de lux... iar cada in camera si terasa sunt impresionante! Rasfat total.

The location. Stunning views on both sides of the apartment.
There’s no proper shower, you have only the bathtub to wash/shower. The main faucet that is designed to fill the bathtub with water cannot be used (it’s mounted too far away from the tub, and if you open it the water drops on the edge of the bathtub instead of in it. Really bad planning. Fridge too small, kitchen space is poorly organized, utensils are bare minimum.
