Camerele sunt mari, aerisite și luminoase. La parter este un magazin alimentar ceea ce este absolut minunat. Locul de parcare subteran este un mare plus. Apartamentul este curat și bine întreținut. Comunicarea cu cei de la Evo Residence a fost ușoară si totul a fost perfect. Cu siguranță vom reveni.

1 curățenie superficială- frigider murdar, tacâmuri murdare, praf sub pat. 2. Scaune rupte Doar 3 in tot apartamentul am folosit doar 1 . Am solicitat macar 2 scaune sau repararea lor fără rezultat. 3. Lipsa AC deși e prezentat că facilitate. 4. Lipsa plase țânțari 5. Zgomot de la magazinul de jos Ulterior am văzut că și alte persoane au sesizat aceste aspecte.
