Location was excellent and our host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful.
The air conditioner was very noisy, and sounded like it needed repairs. Also, the shower floor was soft/squishy underneath the shower pan.

It is a good location, a bit far from the train, around 15 minutes walking, including some hills. However, it's in front of a bus station, so buses are also an option. There are plenty of restaurants around, and it is 10 minutes from downtown by car and 25 by bus or train.
If you are sensitive to noise at night, I would recommend not staying here. When we arrived, it was strange to see earplugs on the bed. At night, it made total sense. There is a pizza bar just downstairs, and the noise is huge until around 2 am, even on weekdays. People are talking and listening to loud music. It is sad because the place is very good for a short stay.
Parking was not included.

Great communication from property management. Very clean. Well located within Chinatown and Ottawa. Comfortable. Easy check in process. Good wifi connection.
With the unit being by the main doors for the upstairs, can clearly hear the hallway noise and opening/closing of the upstairs door from inside the unit.

On entend tous de chez les voisins et le système de climatisation est énormément bruyant , assez pour sursauter et que les bouchons pour la nuit ne soit pas assez
