Very comfortable with a great view. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent location, beautiful view and very safe. Lots of shops and malls close by. Quick access to the beach. Beds very comfortable

Beach views are stunning from the unit, which is on the 20th floor.
Overall ok, looks like the pictures.
The pictures leave out the entrance for a reason.
I would say the place is fairly priced if it wasn’t for the tax amount they add at the last point of payment. When considering the total cost, it is definitely NOT worth the price
The building is quite old and not very well cared for, from the basement you are greeted by a very unpleasant smell of mold.
The lift is quite old and a bit scary.
No plug points next to the bed.
No bedroom locks.
Bedding and towels not clean.
