Pulizia, posizione, confortevole

I liked the coziness of the room and central air conditioning that made our sleeping really nice on 36C outside. The bed was so cozy, pillows especially. Everything is new and clean.

We had some strange door that were locked in our room - it’s possible that it was unique to our room. They were a bit strange to us especially because we were 2 women alone.

The bathroom was big and clean, the bed was nice with four pillows so you can choose between a very soft one and the other which was a little thicker, the ac was workin almost in silent and it was easy to set it. Our bed was made everyday and the bathroom was cleaned up also.

We had trouble with the wifi (it never connected), and they never changed the towels and restore the water and coffe, even through it was said that it would be everyday. Thankfully we bought water before we returned and noticed that it was not restored.

Attention, ceci n'est pas un hôtel ! Pas de réception, pas de personnel, pas de service hôtelier. Seul contact par WhatsApp mais les remarques du client ne sont malheureusement pas prises en compte. Nombreux problèmes de service : ménage pas fait (à plusieurs reprises), serviettes non remplacées, café et eau soit-disant à disposition mais pas approvisionnés... Messages envoyés mais seules réponses "on est desolé"... Trop bruyant ...Fenêtre donnant sur une petite cour avec de nombreux moteurs de climatisations !
