Localização muito boa, dá pra ir a pé a estação central. A acomodação muito boa, ambientes reformados, quarto limpo, a cozinha compartilhada completa de eletrodomésticos e Utencilios e sala comunitária também limpa e agradável.
Só achei a acustica dos quartos nao muito boa, eu escutava o outro quarto conversando ou tomando banho.
