We dachten een ruimere accommodatie te hebben geboekt, maar bij aankomst bleek dat we niet 2 maar 1 slaapkamer kregen. Het 2-persoonsbed stond middenin de woonkamer.

The property location is Amazing, because it’s near to all famous places like Petronas Twoer, KL Kower and many more. The elevator was fast and view is also Amazing.

But I spent 7 nights but no one comes to clean the room and ask for something else, I didn’t like the staff.

The location is excellent, though it's not immediately obvious. There is a mall nearby and that mall directly connects to MTR on the third floor. And downstairs in the mall there is a huge grocery store. The building facilities were pretty good and the view from the rooftop is fantastic. The apartment was overall comfy with 2 bedrooms, a couch, a tv, a kitchen, and a washing machine.

The building is still under construction. There were some issues due to that: there was no shower door, some issues with the shower drainage (pretty stinky drainage). There was a lack of towels, especially in the bathroom. Due to the lack of a shower door, the floor would get wet and I had to buy my own towels to put down on the floor. The washing machine was an absolute menace due to the lack of rubber feet - would jump around and make a lot of noise when in spinning mode. I managed to get my laundry done through sheer ingenuity - turn it off when it starts spinning, then switch to timed dry and disable spin. That was the only way to work around the spinning mayhem. The apartment wasn't very clean: lots of dust under the couch, random hairs in the drawers, questionable cleanliness of the bedding sheets & covers. I never got the wifi password and there was no welcome guide (or similar package) anywhere, which I have come to expect from staying at airbnbs. The communication with the host was somewhat lackluster. I have talked to them after and they promised to address all of the above issues. There are some really good reasons to expect future improvement.
