the property is well appointed, clean and modern with smart facilities. the 'but' is the fact that there are no instructions for some of the facilities. for example, the cooker and microwave combi. does anyone ever use the cooker?? it's immaculate, but I should have liked to use it to heat up some food without having to resort to using my tablet to mcontact your AI (?) reception. The bedclothes were fitted so tightly I had a struggle to get in the bed and then was unable to remake it in the mornings because of not being strong enough to get the sheets tucked in. I really do not like leaving a bed in a mess. As for the TV some instructions would have nbeen useful. I just could not findTVNZ! Some microwave dishes would be useful and a couple of smaller baking dishes. Medium bowls/containers for storage of food in the fridge would have bheen useful. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay thank you.

Great location in walking distance of the town centre.
A beautiful setting looking out on the lake and mountains.
It’s situated close to a main road, but there wasn’t too much noise or traffic so wasn’t too much of a bother.
The swimming pool was chilly!
