The twin beds especially the one against the wall had broken springs on the edge which was both uncomfortable and dangerous as I nearly fell completely out of bed!

这套湖景房，景色真的太好了，我的女儿一进房间，就发出了惊呼！还赠送了白葡萄酒，巧克力和糖果，非常的贴心。干净整洁的房间，舒适大床(不是很软的那种)一切都非常好！如果有机会我们会再次入住，并切我也会向我的朋友推荐！
如果阳台能够再干净整洁一点就更完美啦！

A fully equipped room with a stunning view. Good value for money.
The check-in process was confusing, and they charged my credit card without any prior notice. It would have been much more reassuring if they had informed me before charging the card.
Nowadays people often have multiple credit cards, so when I saw the charge, I wasn’t sure whether my card information had been stolen. I had to call their staff to confirm what had happened.
