Outside, there is an enclosed front garden courtyard with lawn, corner sofa and barbecue and hot tub, and off-road parking for 3 cars. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, within 0.9 miles a canal, and within 1.3 miles a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
