Very Disappointing
Good location and the host did communicate throughout our stay. Host sent a bottle of wine and some chocolate which was appreciated however we were incredibly disappointed with the property and our stay was impacted because of this.
On arrival large amounts of rubbish outside the property. 2 of the beds had dog hair both in and on top of the covers. The hot tub was green and we were unable to use it - part of the reason we chose this property. Table only seats 6. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. There was not enough cutlery for the number of guests the house sleeps. No tea or coffee in the kitchen as stated. Description states a smart tv in every room, one small television in the living room. Living room dirty and sofa bed broken. Property was unclean throughout.

Beautiful property from the outside , location to town was perfect
Dirty, poor decor , like a student’s apartment! Not enough seating for 8 , not enough kitchen pots. Pans to cook for 8 . 2 pans. 1 frying pan, a roasting tin 4 spoons !

Disappointing! Not luxury at all.
Having two bathrooms and the downstairs toilet.
Hot tub was miserable and smelly. Following the use of the hot tub, all the kids ended up with rashes all over the body. The facilities mentioned in the advert weren’t usable. The dishwasher wasn’t working so we had to do the dishes by hand which we found inconvenient due to being a large group. The landlord has been notified and had done nothing about it. We had issues with the central heating for a day and we had to contact the owner to fix it. The back door leading to the garden could not lock and the landlord had finally fixed it only when we contacted Booking.com. My Main concern was the rashes on the kids bodies which was most probably caused by the dirty hot tub.
