8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
We loved the cosy house with the unusual enclosed outdoor area overlooking the river. The kitchen was practical with small dishwasher and easy to use appliances. It has good size TV with use of all catch-up services and Netflix. Comfortable beds and lovely bathroom with power shower and useful downstairs toilet. Only 10 minutes walk to coop and into town . Lovely walks along the canal and river to the incredible aqueduct. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby in easy walking distance.
The kitchen lacked some equipment could do with some new pans crockery etc but it was very clean. House is on busy main road so some traffic noise and care needs to be taken reversing onto road and with dogs etc.

The town and lovely walks
We were situated on the A5.no one said about that. Also in the roughest part of llangollen. An alarm kept going off for a day a half.

The property had on site parking.
We found when sitting outside it was quite noisy due to the very busy road. Just a personal thing for us we didn’t find the beds comfortable.
