About this apartment rental

90 day minimum stay. Unwind in Victoria at this lovely studio. This marvelous bright large space features 1 full bed, a bathtub and shower, and convenient amenities like a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, tea and coffee. Compact kitchen with toaster over, full fridge and freezer, hot plate... no stove. There is no TV but high speed wifi is included. This is a good place to come back to retire for the evening after spending your day out on the town. Private side entrance and public parking allowed on the road. Unlimited shared laundry. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place and the ocean right across the road. Due to low ceiling height in two places where the pipes are lower, Guests taller then 5'9' will have to duck to get comfortably under those spots. Guests have not had problems with this in the past. Popular Willows Beach, Oak Bay Marina, and Oak Bay Avenue are all a 5 minute walk along the ocean. Oak Bay Beach Hotel is a 10 minute walk. Royal Jubilee hospital is a short 8 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Bus stop is one block away. We live above and have a friendly and quiet cat and dog. This suite is clean and comfortable , but because we live in an heritage home, you may hear us above, but we try our best to respect your space and ask the same.
