About this bed and breakfast
The bedroom features a queen bed with blackout curtains for restful sleep, and the full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. Enjoy sunny, south-facing views of the garden and apple trees, along with access to a quiet outdoor area furnished with two comfortable chairs—perfect for relaxing outside. Set on a gentle slope, the lower-level suite sits mostly above ground, allowing for plenty of natural light and an open, airy atmosphere.
Guests have access to one dedicated driveway parking space (for one car), with additional free street parking available nearby. Please note that the homeowners reside on the main floor above the suite, so occasional household sounds may be heard. In addition, the suite has a slightly lower ceiling than standard (under 8 feet). Most guests find it comfortable, but we prefer to mention it in advance for transparency.

Ideally located near Victoria's best beaches, restaurants, and attractions, this suite offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You'll be just minutes from the Oak Bay Recreation Centre, where you can enjoy swimming, tennis, and more, as well as the scenic Willows Beach. With nearby shopping and easy access to the Royal Jubilee Hospital, this is an excellent home base for both relaxation and everyday practicality.
Important Notes:
MINIMUM STAY: The minimum stay for this property is 30 days.
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire suite to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets for access to the suite.
PARKING: Guests have access to one dedicated driveway parking space (for one car), with additional free street parking available nearby.
BICYCLE STORAGE: There is no bike storage.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
