Conveniently located on North Terrace, this apartment offers modern comfort within a secure, contemporary building surrounded by the city`s vibrant energy. Inside, the light-filled living area invites you to unwind with plush seating and a smart TV for catching up on your favourite shows. Step onto your private balcony where you can savour a morning coffee or toast the sunset with a glass of wine as the city lights glow below.
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher—ready for everything from morning espressos to homemade dinners. Dine at the round table set for four, ideal for long conversations, local takeaway or a casual breakfast before exploring the city.
Each of the two sleeping spaces offers a peaceful place to recharge, with quality bedding, calming neutral tones, and mirrored wardrobes. One room captures city views right from the bed, with a TV for late-night movies, while the other offers a cosy setting with warm lighting. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a glass-framed shower and a large vanity. A private laundry is also included, complete with a washer, dryer, iron and cleaning essentials—perfect for extended stays.
A dedicated workspace with a swivel chair, wooden desk, and lamp makes it easy to catch up on emails or journal your Adelaide adventures. Enjoy the building’s shared amenities, including an indoor pool, sauna and gym—ideal for recharging after a day of sightseeing. Stay comfortable year-round with split system air conditioning and heating. While there is no free parking available on site, a secure paid parking facility is located next door.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
