Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it boasts a large 1,500 m² enclosed garden plunging directly into the lake, a private pontoon for swimming and water sports, and a boat buoy included in the rental price.

- Independent, fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster).
- 50m² wooden terrace with outdoor furniture, parasol and sun loungers.

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room with washbasin.

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
