About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with sea views for rent in Baden. It has a surface area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A bright 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- A mezzanine with an office area
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 700 m² garden, partially enclosed
- A 25 m² terrace, facing southwest and accessible from the living room. It is equipped with furniture so you can enjoy sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Baden, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Water sports
- Walks along the coast via the GR 34 hiking trail
- Toulindac beach
- Discovering Breton cuisine
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot in front of the house (up to 2 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train stations: Auray about 7 miles away, Vannes about 9 miles away
- Nearest airports: Rennes & Nantes about 1 hour 15 minutes away by car
Other comments:
- Sheets and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)
- The fireplace is functional, wood can be provided on request (at an additional cost)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
- The basement of the house is rented out for part of the year. The accommodation is completely independent and use of the garden is reserved for guests
