We have renovated our house to provide it with all the comforts: large living rooms, LARGE DESIGNER WOOD STOVE, electric shutters, large windows with sea view, quality bedding, large showers, fiber WIFI, TV with blue-ray DVD player (many DVDs), board games, lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, swing, Weber barbecue...
The house is well exposed with large bay windows south-west, 4 bedrooms including 3 sea view, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. It is located near a dead end road that leads to the end of the peninsula of Fort Espagnol. You will benefit from an independent garden of 800 m² well exposed and not overlooked as well as a terrace. Possibility to park 4 cars.
For walkers, the evening walk at the Fort Espagnol is superb with the sunset over the Baie de l'Ours. This allows you to pass close to the oyster farms, where you can buy oysters directly, taken out of the water for you, with an unbeatable price.
