About this villa rental
Cocoonr offers this sublime, tastefully renovated, south-facing villa for rent in Baden. It measures 177 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Less than a kilometre from the beach and coastal paths, and a free Wi-Fi connection. We're waiting for you!

- A 52 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: King-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 3: King-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 4: 2 twin single beds (90x200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Three separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful 2,800 m² garden
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Baden, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.
