Nestled in a verdant and peaceful environment, this 160m² house with careful decoration combines the charm of authenticity with modern comfort.

A haven of peace between land and sea, perfect for an authentic and serene stay with family or friends for up to 6 people.



A warm and welcoming interior

The vast living space, bathed in light, is organised around a comfortable lounge and a welcoming dining room, enhanced by a wood-burning stove for winter evenings.

The fully equipped American kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and much more) invites you to prepare delicious meals to share around the large table.

The house comprises three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with queen-size beds for peaceful nights.

Two bathrooms complete the set: one with a bathtub on the ground floor, the other with a shower upstairs.

A cosy mezzanine with a television corner offers an additional relaxation space, perfect for children or film evenings.



An outdoor space conducive to relaxation

The enclosed garden, a true cocoon of greenery, allows children to play safely. The terrace and pergola invite relaxation, sunset aperitifs or outdoor meals. A large table, a parasol, sun loungers and a barbecue are available to make the most of the fine weather.



On the practical side, the house offers private parking for 3 vehicles, high-speed wifi, a fully equipped laundry room, and individual gas heating.

It is located in the countryside between Baden, Plougoumelen and Le Bono, a few kilometres from Auray and Vannes.

Close to the Bono river which joins the Gulf of Morbihan, it is the starting point for several walks to discover the coastline or the natural and cultural heritage.

Crossing through the village and surrounding hamlets allows you to appreciate the old buildings of long houses, chapels, calvaries, wells, wash houses and mills in preserved landscapes.

Take a detour to the classified Hamlet of Cahire, which features a collection of old long houses with thatched roofs typical of traditional rural housing.



In a few minutes by car, you reach the beaches of Baden (the Seven Islands) or Port-Blanc to board towards Monks Island and the Gulf of Morbihan.

The Gulf of Morbihan and the Bay of Quiberon, very close by, offer breathtaking panoramas that will delight keen walkers, beach lovers, and those passionate about the sea and nature. The region is rich in megalithic sites. Absolutely worth discovering.
