Outside: a large garden in front of the house, a large south/west facing terrace and the 8.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool (accessible from Easter to the end of September and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. in order to maintain the tranquility of the place) . Two private parking spaces. The cottage is composed of a full basement (not accessible) used by the owners who live next to the cottage. In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, Baden is a town very popular with holidaymakers for its quality of life and its many possibilities for outdoor activities that will delight young and old alike! Tennis, horse riding, hiking from the rental and even golf (accessible just a stone's throw from the cottage for lovers of the green!) For lovers of yachting, fishing and water sports, the Gulf is an open-air recreation area! The Ile aux Moines and the Ile d'Arz can be discovered by day via the Port Blanc pier (10 minutes from the gîte). For swimming, opt for the beach of the 7 islands which discovers a sandbank at high tide and enjoy the private swimming pool with a sliding cover guaranteeing water heated to 25°C!
